Sex & Nudity

  • Bob and Helen passionately kiss in several scenes. In another scene, the Helen playfully pulls the Bob back into their house by the tie for another kiss.
  • In their first scene together, Bob and Helen act flirtatious towards each other.
  • Helen fears that her husband Bob is having a marital affair with another woman he is secretly doing business with, which is out of context.
  • Elastigirl's trousers accidentally get pulled off by Dash, during the scene where they are sneaking into the fortress, and her red and white panties are revealed. She remains in them for at least 3 min, until she finds a guard's trousers, and puts them on.
  • On one brief scene, Bob walks past his wife and goosed Helen on her big behind, she playfully replies by goosing her husband back with her super-stretched arm.
  • The super-suits are very tight fitting, noticeably on Helen Parr's Elastigirl costumes because it accentuates her rather plump pear-shaped figure.

Violence & Gore

  • Overall, lots of mild action, never too bad, can be a bit intense at times, punching, kicking, people getting severely injured.
  • Dash is chased by men in jets who have guns. He punches a man and gets thrown by him. He is unharmed after this scene.
  • Mr. Incredible grabs his boss by the neck and tossed him through 4 office building walls (literally). Mr. Huph survives. In the hospital, every part of his body in casts and bandaged up.
  • Elastigirl punches Mirage in the face and berated her husband about his adultery.
  • A man attempted suicide by jumping off a large building and sued Mr. Incredible for saving him mid-fall, the suicidal man didn't seem to mind the injury that Mr. Incredible accidentally gave to him.
  • Contains superhero violence, but there are no blood and gore.
  • A little boy is seen sprinting in water being chased by drones which keeps firing at them.
  • Sydrome uses the zero energy ray to freeze Mr Incredible and the supers, he flings them around and throws them in the air whenever he likes to.
  • Mr Incredible is thrown and snatched by the omnidroid. The blades get closer and closer to Mr Incredible's neck.
  • Mr Incredible stops a train from derailing just like that scene from Spider-Man 2 which was released in the same year.
  • Mr. Incredible and Frozone race into a burning building to save some people, but it collapses and all of them crash into a jewelry store, making it look like they're robbers. A nervous cop holds his gun on the superheroes and fires a shot, but not before Frozone has frozen him and his bullet (in midair).
  • A huge robot is suddenly behind Mr. Incredible. It then slices his arm, but he punches it backwards. It then knocks him through the air as he tries to jump over it. It then turns into the equivalent of a huge bowling ball and races after him with Mr. Incredible barely avoiding being crushed.
  • The Omnidroid attempts to push Mr Incredible toward some lava, tries to get him with its blades and then attempts to pull him apart while holding onto his arms and legs (that cracks his sore back and makes him feel better).
  • Syndrome uses an energy beam to grab Mr. Incredible and then uses it to throw him about. Mr. Incredible ends up falling a long distance into a body of water into which Syndrome drops an explosive. The resultant explosion knocks Mr. Incredible through the water.
  • Mr. Incredible grabs two of Syndrome's workers from a monorail car and then sends that pod-like car crashing down onto two others from the air. He then throws a rock or something similar a long distance, hitting another worker on the head and causing him to fall quite a distance.
  • As Elastigirl flies a jet to find Mr. Incredible (with Dash and Violet onboard), missiles are fired at her. She's panicked and tries to avoid them, but they keep closing in, with Elastigirl hurriedly telling Violet to make a force field around the jet to protect them. She can't, the missiles hit the jet and destroy it, with Elastigirl and her kids then plummeting toward the ocean far below them.
  • After getting caught in several doors (as her body is stretched through several rooms), Elastigirl knocks out several guards, clotheslines a few others and then knocks out even more as her body rebounds when those doors are open.
  • Mr. Incredible smashes into various things while driving an RV through town to stop a huge droid. It ends up crashing and flipping many times before coming to a stop (Mr. Incredible and his family inside are shaken but fine).
  • The huge robotic droid tries to crush Dash and Violet with its legs and then entire body, but Violet protects them with one of her force fields (although she appears to be unconscious after the last attempt).
  • Syndrome freezes the superheroes with some sort of energy beam that he then uses to smash them through a wall. He then kidnaps Jack-Jack, but the infant turns into a small monster of sorts that hits and punches him.
  • Mr. Incredible tosses a car through a flying craft, causing it to explode, but not before a villain's cape is caught in the engine intake and he's presumably killed (by that or the explosion).
  • Syndrome gets sucked in by a plane turbine.
  • Mr Incredible tries to snatch Syndrome however Mirage intervenes, Mr Incredible then threatens Syndrome that he is going to crush her however Syndrome dares him to not showing an ounce of care and regard for Mirage. Mr Incredible then lets her go.
  • Multiple fight scenes in which people are hit, kicked or punched.
  • A man is punched and loses several teeth, briefly and played comically.
  • In a scene where Mr. Incredible talks to Edna Mode about a new supersuit, Mr. Incredible talks about having a cape but Edna shouts "No capes!" and lists many superheroes who lost their lives because of their cape (in the following order: Thunderhead, Stratogale, Metaman, Dynaguy and Splashdown, flashbacks show them getting snagged to a rocket, one getting sucked into a twister, ect. ). Despite the dark humor, this scene is obviously played for laughs.
  • Several scenes in which multiple flying devices piloted by evil henchmen explode during a chase.
  • A robot called the "Omnidroid" is shown attacking a city, hitting buildings and crushing cars.
  • A car hits a fallen tree, the driver is shown hanging out of the side window unconscious.
  • A man jumps off a building in a suicide attempt but is saved by Mr. Incredible.
  • A decomposing superhero is seen
  • Mr. Incredible grabs Mirage by the throat (in temporary anger) and chokes her, eventually letting her go when she explains that his children are alive.
  • One of the more known scenes shows a very long list of superheroes who have been killed labeling them as "TERMINATED" by the main villain to test out his new weapon which reveals how genocidal the villain is.

Profanity

  • A few exclamations of "Oh my god!", What the...!?" and "Jeez!"

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Bob and Mirage are seen drinking wine at a dinner table as a beverage.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The two child main characters are hiding in a cave on an Island while their mother is searching it. Dash is exploring the cave inward and barely discovers in time that the cave is actually a disguised rocket exhaust tube. At that moment, the villains orders a rocket launch and the fiery exhaust of the rocket sweeps down the tube and the kids barely manage to escape outside in time.
  • Once most of Parr's family reaches Syndrome's island, the mother warns her children that the enemies they face are a deadly threat to them and the kids must use their powers to their fullest extent since they will be fighting for their lives.
  • A frustrated man attempts taking his life at the beginning of the movie.
  • The film is dark, and one of the villains "Syndrome" is a genocidal maniac who lures superheroes in the island so he can kill them out of the robot he constructed. It has been implied that he killed numerous superheroes in his killing spree.
  • The fight scenes between Mr Incredible and the Omnidroid could be intense.
  • Pretty bold/adventurous movie.
  • None for neurodivergent viewers.
