This film has the air of a low-budget homemade film-school movie, but without any of the creativity expected. The plot is thin, the acting is uneven, and the dialogue is bland, and the film is horribly padded with endless shots of people watching television footage of the impending disaster.
If this film were more campy or somehow seemed aware of it's own absurdity, then it could have been a entertaining movie to watch. Instead, this uninspired movie is painfully dull, and the eventual climax leaves you wondering why you didn't simply turn the DVD player off 5 minutes into the film.
