In it's the fourth and final series, Motormouth went back to John Dale's original idea of splitting the attention between the presenters doing various items in the studio while the backstage crew is having problems of their own. A whole new crew is introduced, who's main job is looking after the special guests. In charge is bossy but lonely administrator Juliet Mathilda Nichols. Second in command is know-it-all tea-lover Max Church. Junior staff member Milly Bates has a crush on Andy Crane and most of the blonde young male studio guests. And the newest member of the team is American born Paul Miller, son of a monster movie star who likes to tinker in the props store.

The backstage crew have their hands full with mime artists' The Berger and Diskin Mime Theatre luggage. Andrew O'Connor and Steve Johnson are the celebrities competing in Finders Keepers.

Gabby and Neil enjoy a snail race, but backstage Juliet is absolutely terrified of them. After some confusion, Max becomes self-conscious about his lack of hair and tries out several wigs. Andy tries out a German stunt bicycle. Dean Gould attempts to break his own coin snatching world record. Milly is already obsessed with next weeks guest, Chesney Hawkes. Illusionist Jack Devlin makes Gaby float on air. Steve interviews Lenny Henry about his film 'True Identity'. Pat Sharp and Gaby Roslin compete in Celebrity Finders Keepers.

Neil learns about wheelchair basketball and gets opera lessons from Lesley Garrett. Steve introduces several finalists from the Paw-O-Vision contest. Frank Sidebottom presents a special edition of 'Little Motormouth' and if Sidebottom wasn't bad enough, Andy also has to cope with Fred Dinage plugging the new series of 'How To'. Gaby and Steve go paragliding. Backstage, Juliett is trying to keep Milly away from Chesney Hawkes. Frank Bruno and Alex Langden are the celebs on Finders Keepers.

Outside the studio, Steve enjoys a JCV truck ballet. Gaby gets lost while two competition winners interview Gary Lineker, then talks to David Essex in the studio. Neil is overseeing an animation workshop. Andy joins in on spoons with the Railtown Bottlers. The backstage crew has their hands full keeping health and safety inspector Simpkins from noticing all the escaped fleas and spiders. Timmy Mallett and his auntie Sonia are the celebrity team captains in Finders Keepers.

For once, Steve is wearing the least silly suit when all four presenters try out Barfly jumping. Andy learns about the work of Intermediate Technology in Africa. Steve and Mark from Marilion demonstrate their keyboard glove handmade music to Neil. Gabby meets a couple of baby gorillas at Howlett's Wild Animal Park. Steve learns how to play Pop Lacrosse while Andy and Eastenders' Daniella Westbrooke compete in Celebrity Finders Keepers. Max and Juliett test new security monitors for the studio doors. Paul is filling in for Rag at the donuts- and cocktail-bar. Milly feels overlooked and unloved, especially when Jason Donovan drops in unexpectedly.

When Rugby players in all shapes and sizes invade the studio, Juliett takes a fancy to Rory Underwood. Gaby finds her own knight in shining armor and gets to interview Michael J. Fox in LA as well. Chris Packham and Fungus The Bogeyman promote their new series, "Go Wild!" while Packham joins Andy and Dannii Minogue in reviewing the latest films. Terry Nutkins helps Milly with her pet goldfish Moby and Toby. Paul has confiscated Max' bike for a new experiment.

Max is upset because nobody has remembered his birthday, so Juliet asks the Crumbs Cooks from London to bake him a giant cake and Paul rigs it to explode. Neil learns all about dreams while promoting Captain Zed. Gaby tries out stone climbing. Steve interviews the London to Venace challenge drivers as well as Hulk Hogan about Suburban Commando. Sean Astin is interviewed by Gaby and two competition winners, and has personally brought a letter for Paul from his Hollywood dad.

Steve is giving away loads of (toy) money. Gaby is teased about using cue-cards, which she denies. A second Steve Johnson gives a demonstration of one-legged football. Paul is visited by his dad Tucker, formerly know as the star of the Argoth the Sponge Monster movies and now a rich American pumpkin farmer. Juliet is brushing up her ballet, hoping to dance with Wayne Sleep. During preparations for the big Hallowe'en party, Milly learns that the studio may be haunted by an ancient Roman ghost.

Gaby dives into the history of British telephone boxes. Neil is drawing 10 second cartoons wish Bill Tidy. Andy snookers against Jimmy White who's playing electronically. Steve almost gets in the way of a Kendo demonstration, and gets hit repeatedly by his co-presenters. But it's Gaby who faces off against in full Kendo gear. Max 'Chompie' Church promises his mother's boy scout group wood for bonfire night and loses all the backstage lounge furniture in the process.

Andy tries out Roller Hockey. Gaby attempts to speak Russian with acrobats from the Great Moscow circus. Steve learns to dance like Paula Abdul and Janet Jackson. Neil finds out about animals that camouflage themselves. Max has submitted a lonely hearts ad to the Mainstone Echo. When lonely Juliet reads it, she asks Paul to direct her video response with vocal coaching from Milly.

Neil has a little accident with a cactus and learns how to make musical instruments out of junk. The backstage crew is redecorating, but Milly is very nervous about her upcoming driving exam.

Steve learns how to be a ventriloquist. Paul is preparing a similar act for Terry Nutkins' talent show. Max asks Juliet to enter the same competition with him to win a weekend away for two. Neil and Terry explore animals with special eye sight. After the final installments of Samurai Pizza Cats, Andy and Neil convince Steve he has to leave as well. Martika receives a silver disc for the UK sales of Martika's Kitchen. Andy learns how to calculate on a Japanese soroban.

Samurai Pizza Cats is replaced by the Beetlejuice cartoon series. Inspired by a staff training day, Juliet decides to swap jobs with Milly for a day. David Williamson performs comedy magic.

When Paul causes a fuse to blow while trying out the Christmas tree lights, a mysterious gray haired lady shows up to fix them, as well as other things There's loud poetry from Charles Thomson and a performance by the Icelandic Human Body Percussion Ensemble.

Millie is practicing a magic trick, and she and Paul are keeping fit for Christmas. Together with Juliet, they try to convince Max to get himself into shape. Head of the Magic Circle David Berglas teaches everybody how to better remember.

It's the Motormouth Christmas spectacular and a giant tree is blocking the hallway so nobody can get out of the studio. Andy decides to put Max in charge of getting the tree into the studio and decorated before the end of the show. Neil is making his own Christmas wrapping paper. Gaby enjoys some Belgian juggling and pulling crackers. Juliet is nervous because Brian Moore is back in the studio with sporting present tips. Steve has Christmas tips of his own and visits a funfair. Milly almost loses one of Terry Nutkin's penguins and plans to invite her lonely co-workers to Auntie Beryl's Christmas dinner.

All the contestants are celebrities plugging their current pantomime appearances, except for Sonia. The backstage crew are preparing for a ski-trip to Italy they collectively won in a lottery - only to find out they are one ticket short.

Neil dream of doing falconry comes true as he meets a magnificent Golden Eagle. Juliet has invited industrial psychologist Noelle Sharp backstage. But when Noelle begins bothering the presenters, Max and Paul have to take matters into their own hands.

Steve interviews a group of young contortionist, then blows up the Motormouth table to make it an antique. Andy learns how to play a game of Karom. Max and Paul have invited a singing telegram dressed as a policeman for Juliet's birthday, but she's afraid of being arrested for a twenty years overdue library book.

Andy talks to traveling artist Andrew Hewkin. Steve is selling fake art of his own and plays a paper organ. Gaby learns all about Tartan and the upcoming National Workout Day. Neil and Terry go paddling with a sea lion. All four presenters team up to bake a vegetarian haggis, or 'vagis'. Milly is not allowed to get near Gary from Take That but loses her composure after tasting some of the haggis ingredients. Then Juliet, who has the day off, arrives bearing paintings.

Steve looks at a home made car and eats Andy's goldfish, Michael. Gaby oversees hairdo makeovers in the studio and meets the man who invented hair extensions. Neil teaches us about Oxfam's water harvesting techniques with little help from Leapfrog. Andy jumps into a computer via virtual reality. There's a film by Terry Nutkins about seals in Scotland. Max gets a pay rise and becomes insufferable, so his co-workers go on strike. Even Steve joins the cause by chaining himself to the studio door.

Steve unveils the new Motormout table and the latest technology in photo-booths. Max is filling in for Raz again. Millie's cousin Melanie is visiting the studio and instantly fancies Paul.

It's National Workout Day and Gaby is outside keeping fit with lots of celebrities and a thousand children. Steve Johnson is more interested in bragging about all the Valentine cards he got the day before. Andy demonstrates the new Commander entertainment simulator. Neil eats some jewelry baked by Greg and Max. Millie is a feeling left out now that Paul only has time for Melanie. Max is taking care of a baby for Maud.

Andy's birthday is near at hand and once again Steve has intercepted all his cards. Gaby presents the latest in military fashion. Neil and Terry look at some skunks. Andy dives into scary amusement park rides. Juliet finds out she has a twin sister when solicitor Mr. Willby is looking for a Julietta Nichols from Portugal in connection with an inheritance. Max wants to use the money for his mothers birthday present while Milly wants to give it to one of Terry Nutkin's animal charities.

Andy gets a demonstration from hearing dogs for the deaf. Gaby finally has the final results for the Lloyds Bank Fashion Challenge. Steve is in the Motormouth car park where Matt Coulter the Kangaroo Kid is going to jump his quad bike over six parked cars. Neil presents a chip review complete with a chip eating panel. Each Februay 29th, women are allowed to ask men to marry them, so Milly encourages Juliet to propose to her singing telegram boyfriend Ray. But when Max and Paul overhear Juliet practicing her lines, they both thing she wants to marry them.

Steve tries his luck on a pommel horse and when he's recuperating, Andy tries to replace Steve with a lookalike dummy. Terry Nutkins has brought two American black bear cubs into the studio. Gaby is making sandwiches with Greg and Max Juliet is boring everybody with her wedding plans, Milly is on make-up duty, filling in for Cynthia. Max is only concerned with his distinguished guests 'Le La Le'. Paul has nothing to do, so he orders Health and Beauty equipment. But the woman he thinks is their representative ends is actually an escaped convict.

With the elections coming up, Steve Johnson is running for President. Gaby learns about goldfish and piranhas and teaches the boys how to knit. Andy looks into art made from recycled material. Neil promotes the new series of Art Attack with a some help from Steve. Because the show is ending and they'll all be out of a job in three weeks, Millie wants to join the circus. Max is the subject of a behind the scenes documentary.

Gaby takes up the plight of the dolphins and explains all about stamp collecting. Neil looks at paper mache statues. The lady Mayoress of Maidstone visits the backstage area where Millie and Paul are looking after a Macbeth quoting parrot called Desmond.

Steve is upset because there's only one more Motormouth left after this one and shows his bungee jumping film from France. Neil learns about computer generated comics. Terry Forrestal is wrecking all the studio doors and inspires Paul to take up stunts. Gaby teaches all about trainspotting and wears a chocolate hat. Max is shocked to find his mother Mabel visiting and Juliet is stressed because she's lost her cat.

Andy hosts the Motormouth Animation Awards. Neil is rightfully scared of Terry Nutkin's snakes. Steve gets a surprise birthday cake and meets Martin and Martin the Maggogs. Gabby presents her guide to bird watching. Frank Sidebottom celebrates the end of Motormouth, then tries to get himself booked on Gimmie 5. Juliet is getting married to Raymond Oxley-Topping and Paul finds a mysterious map in the back of a painting of the TVS studio grounds.
