Concrete Utopia is an amazing disaster movie set in Seoul Korea. A massive earthquake has occurred and there is only one standing apartment complex in all of the city left standing. How will they live? Defend themselves? How many others survived? The production value and moreover acting is great. It's a satisfying flick! I enjoyed this film because it brings out both human and societal conflicts without taking sides. It is willing to criticize "do-gooders" for their own hypocrisies while pointing out the morality of "protectionists". It was willing to raise the good and bad of different factions.
