A good movie depicting AB Vajpayees political journey. Pankaj Tripathi nails the role. Some surprises about his life that I wasn't aware of ! Definitely a slant towards the current dispensation but there is no way around that.
Technically the movie looked really good . The story moves at a fair pace and doesn't linger too much. Granted it may look more like a sequence of major historical events but brings the politics of the time amidst his poetic and oratory skills.
Only problems as with most movies of this kind is that it doesn't go as deep into some situations although it captures Vajpayees initiation into the RSS and their ethos reasonably well. There are gems of his contribution to recent events in India that are noteworthy. In summary a good biopic.
