The British Justice System in a nutshell

Warning: Spoilers
This mini series is all about the battle between sub postmasters and their new IT equipment which keeps displaying they have shortfalls. The show hits us with hard hitting facts that we wouldn't normally think about, such as the contract legally binding all post masters to pay shortfalls from their own money. Alan Bates is the hero who over around 15 years builds an army of approximately 555 post masters who have all been accused of pocketing their shortfalls and been made to pay the post office back. I must've spent my childhood in a cave as I had no idea about this going on, but that could also show how quiet they kept the whole situation, as I never heard a bad word about Royal Mail. The tough part to take, besides the obvious fact that people lost theirs literal lives, livelihood and money, is the fact that Royal Mail denied anything was being done, when they weren't even certain the Fujitsu brand was secure. Overall, the show is excellent in portraying the seriousness of the event and how much time and effort was spent trying to get back at the UK government for wrongful convictions. A real reminder that no one is safe, however honest you are, money and power will often prevail. Horrible to watch.
