I just watched "Singles" last night. I have typically enjoyed some of Cameron Crowe's screenplays, such as Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
Anyway, Singles follows a small group of friends and their adventures in dating. The cast is solid. It features Bridget Fonda (Single White Female, Point of No Return), Matt Dillon (Wild things, The Outsiders), Kyra Sedgwick, Campbell Scott, Shelia Kelley (Dancing at the Blue Iguana) and Bill Pullman (Spaceballs, The Last Seduction). The movie is fairly well paced and enjoyable. Basically the type of movie that's worth renting, but not one that I'm going want to rewatch.
I feel the cast and the soundtrack is what makes the movie. A lot of the featured bands were up and coming at the time of the movie. Some of the bands include: Alice in Chains, and Soundgarden.
6/10: Worth a view, but not one to add to your collection.
