Miranda's Victim gives a hauntingly beautiful and heartbreaking performance by Abigail Breslin with equally brilliant direction by Michelle Danner. This movie will touch you to your very core and affect you in unexpected ways. Mireille Enos delivers a riveting performance as Abigail's mother that will leave you speechless. While Emily VanCamp provides the audience with heart and soul portraying Abigail's supportive sister. And then there is Donald Sutherland leaving the audience stunned with his deliciously gripping portrayal in the movie's most pivotal moment. It's a testament to Trisha Weir's courage that this story is finally told and the whole world can understand how the Miranda Rights came into play. To say that I highly recommend this drama would be an understatement. This is the movie of the year.
