I loved this movie. It was real life, which can go in all directions. Two plain, ordinary people, never married, aging. Not much pretence, if any. Long past that. He is not a faithful husband, that happens in real life, but people don't always end their marriage., at least right away.
I thought the yelling at God coming from Carol Burnett was honest as could be, veryunexpected.
Loved their relationship with their son. He did a great job too! There was a closeness in spite of everything that alot of people don't have. I thought the friend she fought with was realistic and an annoying, bore of a friend we all recognize.
