The story of a doctor in the reserves that meets a veteran soldier that is trying to help other wounded veterans and raise funds to build a facility on base for wounded soldiers. The fun of family traditions and a spin on festive sweaters and the reason this family celebrates them this way. The search for her grandfather's history from WWII. Connecting veterans on base with programs that can help them during the season get gifts for their families. Of course there are obstacles to the fund raising and a reluctant love spark between the main characters. This story is enjoyable for all and does pull at the heartstrings.
