Co-written and directed and starring Dolph Lundgren as he plays Joe, a Russian drummer for a Russian band, until terrorists attempting to breaking through a full concert, kidnapping a high consulate or the official's young daughters of Anna Petrov (Ida Lundgren) and Yana Petrov (Robin Dobson) without at first suspecting that their is someone else who is also experienced still inside the building who can save them! Dolph who also wrote the script for this straight-to- rental may have seen many high budgeted superior action films to thought up this kind of a low brow, nonsense story line such as "The Rundown", "Die Hard", and "Under Siege"! Absolute waste of time full of bad acting- it is barely even an action film! Oh yeah! Little budget with little creative control equals to poor movie.
