Warning: Spoilers
This movie is billed as a black comedy, which would be fine if it was darkly humorous --which it is not. At all. I failed to laugh even once. The script is dry and the acting is wooden. Donald Faison was like a zombie, and we know from his "Scrubs" days that he can be lively and funny. I can't imagine why this movie was made --- it's not entertaining, not funny, not engaging. I guess we're supposed to feel as if Ward's wife had it coming ---certainly she's an all-around crappy individual--- but that's why there are divorce lawyers (if Faison's character could grow a spine that is). I just couldn't care about any of the characters' lives or outcomes. They're all average people, but the male characters are simply shallow and vulgar. I'm not certain how their wives can stand being around them; there's got to be better partners in the world, but the women have settled for jerks. You will win if you watch something else.
