A directiorial debut for Michael B. Jordan is an OK 116 minutes watch. We look at Apollo Creed (Michael B. Jordan} who is now retiredand enjoys its products with his family. We get to know something from his past and here comes Damian (Jonathan Majors) to make a mess, and Rocky is not present in this movie anymore.
The movie provides a nice cinematography and music. Some shots from fighting scenes look exceptionally great but on the other hand, I find some shots of the movie a bit draggy/unnecessarily long.
The biggest problem for me was the story, the fact I stuggled to care about the characters in this movie and at some points I did not know whether I should be hyped or depressed.
This movie has its flaws but I look forward to future Jordan's work.
