Clark flying the bomb to space was cool. It's nice to see Luthor back in this even if I didn't really enjoy his character in the first movie. Sad to see that Otis is back, his character is so annoying. Ok so Otis didn't escape with Luthor, I hope he stays in jail. Love Clark's awkwardness when he talks to Lois. Love how Clark pretended that he was drowning and needed Lois' help haha. Zod: ''So this is planet Houston?'' LMAO. Love how Clark revealed his secret identity and Lois immediately told him that she is in love with him and Clark's reaction to that, very wholesome. It's nice to see Clark opening up, being himself, without having to hide who he is and his chemistry with Lois is really wonderful. Love the scene with Zod and the police, really funny. The suit looks better, I think Reeve is more muscular in this.
I don't get the logic of the ''if you want to be with her you have to be like other people and lose your powers''. Did Clark have longer hair after he lost his powers? I think so, that's weird. Zod made the president kneel before him, that's badass. Clark took a brutal beating, it's sad. Love how Luthor tried to become Zod's ally without losing any time. Nice to see Superman's icy breath in this. I like that in this movie we see more and different powers from both Superman and the villain(s). I enjoy Luthor's role so much more in this than the 1st movie. Clark: ''I've never seen garbage eating garbage before'' lmao, roasted. This movie was just so much fan. It is so much better than the 1st movie in my opinion. This movie actually has a villain, romance, good fights, explosions, humor and more. Good writing, direction and performances. A good Superman movie. My rating is 7.8/10.
