Postal 2 is my first and only paid game that I bought for fifty pesos in the Philippines a long time ago just to test if it works. And let me tell you that this is one of the best cheapest games that I ever played since high school.
Aside from the previous installment. Postal 2 retcons in a less edgy and more comedic style in the mix. Rather than just slaughtering innocents and police officers for no reason but to "salt the earth" Instead Postal 2 shows about the Postal Dude (the actual name of the protagonist) doing errands and going into random situations out of nowhere. The game even includes hate groups which is another term for enemy factions or gang members. This means that instead of Postal Dude being or becoming the actual villain. The hate groups became the villains who use lethal weapons which makes killing enemies a more fun way to do.
The weapons started off as normal then completely insane that I can use a cat to insert the gun and use it like a silencer to increase the damage. Taking health pipes to smoke and I can even eat food in the game too. But one thing I love about the game is the machete because not just I can slice my enemies with it but I can even use it as a boomerang to perfectly kill my enemies with ease.
I was so lucky I manage to buy this game at a very cheap price a very long time ago. And I would definitely try to play another postal game that plays like this.
