It's 1950's Quebec City, Canada. Amateur detective Nelly Maloye encounters assistant scientist Simon Picard. He believes in the existence of the Yeti. He has three months to find the Yeti in the Himalayas. They and Picard's bird board a ship to cross the oceans.
This Canadian animation is more fitting for the TV screen. The block animation is TV level. The story is simplistic. There is very little tension. It's like the stereotypical Canadian niceness has made the story bland. They don't have an antagonist. It's a series of obstacles without a foe to battle. It's fine for little kids, but nothing much for anybody else.
