All the kids in Halloweentown wind up going to high school at a school of mortals. Never mind that the principal hates witches, and that there's another bad guy who wants all witches, trolls, etc. To be gone, even though he has great magical powers. To help them fit in, they all look like normal mortals. Nonetheless, teen witch Kimberly J. Brown can't help doing the odd magical thing, which is disquieting. Can she and grandma witch Debbie Reynolds raise the spirit of tolerance in time for the big Halloween-themed hop?
