This movie was so bad my 5yr old asked me why I made him watch it. Our theatre was full of kids and even the fart jokes fell flat. The budget was obviously low but that's no excuse for something to be this boring. At one point the "bad guy", a neighbor that has 100% legitimate complaints, threatens to call the school to get the family evicted. The school. It's obvious that this is aimed at younger children, like preschool, but it's live acting so there's no chance they would actually watch it. The first act of the movie is spent establishing how miserable every character is. The 2nd act is spent showing the audience how perfect life is with a singing, dumpster diving crocodile. The conflict isn't even established until 3rd act and it's resolved almost immediately. Absolutely dismal experience. Nothing redeeming or positive about it. Watch literally anything else. Save yourself.
