As good as James M has ever been and maybe as good as he will ever be. He was born for this gritty, nasty, dirty, corrupt and evil role. He had the looks and personality to convince you otherwise but at the core of it he can show that's who he is. I don't want to get into the movie itself too much as any bit of info will spoil someone's watching experience. Just trust the reviews this time and watch it.
