I'll make this short and sweet. First off, there's no connection to any Echo's Lake or black waters. So, the title means nothing. The script is also a big nothing. The dialogue is absurd. The gore is pretty pathetic. Please skip this one. I wish I had. Oh, Robert Patrick is in it and he's always good. Too bad they didn't have the entire movie revolve around him.
