Warning: Spoilers
Outside of the set design and atmosphere, this is quite a mess.

Let me get this straight ("jacket", LOL!). You are offered a job to be an "in-home companion" for a woman with mental health issues; on a secluded island in a house that hasn't been maintained; then you have to wear a restraint that comes with a chain, but not the "crazy" person; Really? How about..."uhhh, take me back to the mainland? This isn't what I was told at the interview." Questions: why doesn't the chain ever get caught on something? Why does it not reach the bathroom? Where is the food? Why is a dog chained-up outside? If he was clever enough to get access to use the phone, why didn't he just get the key to the restraint which was only a few inches away? Also, wouldn't you just unbuckle a lot of the straps and wiggle free of the leather vest? Who pays the bills? How does she eat, drink, toilet or otherwise exist? What was so difficult about getting into that tiny room that was only covered by 1/2" sheetrock? You needed a saw? What's the story about the creepy rabbit-drummer? Why didn't he think of picking the lock on the chain in the basement to get free? And why did I spend +/-90 minutes watching this? If you make a horror/psychological thriller, how about giving the viewer some foundational background?

Like I always say...at least the cast and crew got a payday.
