Green Lantern has always fascinated me. His power is really his imagination as he uses his ring. What I always want to see from Green Lantern is creative usage of his ring. This movie was just satisfying enough in this area. I would have loved to have seen less laser light battles and more technical usage with the ring, but the action is fun and entertaining. The voice acting stands out as one of this movie's strengths. While many of the random aliens are wacky and a bit over the top for my tastes, I enjoyed the more primary characters. I liked this version of Hal Jordan. He had a sense of humor but it wasn't overbearing.
