The reactions people, mostly critics, had with this show. Was disproportionate and ridiculous. It never intended to victimize women or other nonsense I've read on the internet. On the contrary even. The premise was great, but the series arc needed to be fleshed out more. Which it would've probably happened, had it was given a chance for a second season. You had all of Williamson's work wrapped into one. From Scream to The Following. And plethoras of popular TV actresses making their cameos, as supporting roles or cases of the week. The main mystery involving Q's character, reminded me a lot of the the Profiler series. And I was here for it. In fact, the show was like a re-reading of that series, only black bolded by the « right thinking » crowd. And never got to show its true potential...
