Passed Away (1992)
6/10
Family affairs at its finest...
17 March 2021
This 1992 movie from writer and director Charlie Peters is a movie that most certainly has withstood the test of time quite well. I happened to sit down to watch "Passed Away" for the first time here in 2021. In fact, I didn't even know about the movie before now.

And after seeing the impressive cast ensemble that were in the movie, I needed no persuasion to sit down to watch "Passed Away".

Turns out that "Passed Away" was a rather enjoyable movie, which I had also expected it would be. The storyline was nicely written and equally so brought to life on the screen by Charlie Peters.

The situations throughout the course of the movie were mostly funny, and some were rather outrageous. But overall, there was a good feel to the movie, and while the family was definitely odd, it was just something you could easily relate to.

I enjoyed this movie and it is definitely a movie that is still very watchable and applicable even now 29 years after it was released. If you haven't already seen this movie, it is one that you most certainly should watch if you get the chance.

My rating of "Passed Away" lands on a six out of ten stars.
