From the start of the film, I was seeing a nice stuffed crust pizza in my future. Ended up with lame ramen.
The story was cute, but the constant "Hallmark" score made the story overly sappy, so it was hard to take it seriously. The only thing missing was a Fabio character. The directing was decent, although some editing was bad. The cinematography was good, but the story, as mentioned, was a little sappy, predictable, and slow. The 107 min runtime felt much longer with the slow pacing and long dragged out scenes. This film needed faster pacing and about 15-20 mins shaved off. The "Secret" wasn't that evident - and didn't work for my pizza as well as it did for them, but nevertheless, great performances by all, and a nice way to pass the evening.
