This is the worst story of the Little Women series, it is more like a reboot of the Brady Bunch, it lacks the original time period, wonderful costumes and the original storylines, it would be similar to making Gone With The Wind during the Korean War, it just does not work for me, Sorry, but filmmakers just can't make good movies anymore. Maybe the future films may make some back to basic films, we will have to wait and see.
