Not bad, entertaining.

Warning: Spoilers
This "High School Musical" spin off isn't that bad. It's good for entertainment if you want to throw something on and listen to some songs. Personally I don't like it as much as the other "High School Musicals." I could watch those at any time, for this one I'd really have to be in the mood for it. But still entertaining.

However, the only thing I find odd, and perhaps Lucas Grabeel didn't want to be in the movie, and I know that there is an extended end scene, but from what I understand it was added to the TV broadcast. You can't find it on the DVD, it's not even a bonus feature. But my question is, wouldn't Ryan have at least shown up for Sharpay's opening night? This movie only takes place a year after high school graduation and he is supposedly at Juilliard which is in New York so it is possible that he would be there and able to go to her opening.
