I loved the first movie and glad the trilogy ended on a happy note. However Meg is not entitled to a third of the property. At best it would be 25% - one half of Emily's share. Another point - Brian says they took a second on the house. If they owned the house free and clear it wouldn't be a second mortgage - it would be simply a mortgage. Then they say the the property is the house and 20 acres. How about sell 10 acres and pay off Meg?? Finally at the wedding you see there is a fully functional farm...if that was their's why not address selling it to pay her off? At least they used the same house, town and goats as the second movie. 🤔
