Warning: Spoilers
The film title says it all: "Who's Stalking Me?" is about the protagonist Amanda learning who was the intruder that entered into her home, nearly murdering her in the process. Because the intruder was masked, the audience is kept guessing until the closing minute when the identity of the stalker is finally revealed.

The film was successful in unfolding a cat-and-mouse game that focuses our intention on the police detective James Dawson, who was the first to arrive on the scene after Amanda's best friend Jeanie dialed 911, when she was alerted that her friend was in trouble. Subsequently, Detective Dawson begins a personal relationship with Amanda that is troubling when the stalker still appears to be on the loose. Apparently, Dawson has also been recording her conversations and movements in her home with a hidden camera. Or has he?

The second person of interest is Amanda's former boyfriend Liam, who also happens to be her business partner. As the narrative unfolds, there is an ebb-and-flow in Amanda's relationship with Liam. Eventually, she takes him back as a romantic partner when she fears that Detective Dawson is the stalker.

Even from this brief summary, it should be apparent that the police are utterly incompetent in investigating the ongoing series of crimes that results in the death of Amanda's bestie, Jeanie. But the police work reaches a new low with Captain Marcus, who could have saved Jeanie's life by offering her protection, after Jeanie paid a personal visit to her at police headquarters.

The filmmakers are successful in keeping the audience guessing throughout the film, and the actress playing Amanda did a superb job in conveying the Kafkaesque feeling of living through a nightmare. The plot twists were more than enough for the audience to fathom. But the portrayal of Amanda's character required enough energy to carry out of marathon of Chubby Checker twists to music of the 1950s:

"They're twistin', twistin' Everybody's feelin' great. They're twistin', twistin' They're twistin' the night away."
