This is a pretty awful remake of the surprisingly good 1940 film One Million B.C. With the exception of Ray Harryhausen's always fun animation (and of course Raquel Welch's costume) there is not much to recommend this. The earlier film is much better in concept and execution, and its effects are quite good for the time.
