I felt the characters were a underdeveloped / superficial and the chemistry between them was a little forced - 18 yearl old girl ad 23 year old guy, 'love' or unremarkable infatuation? And this definitely seems to be targetted at a younger teen audience.
On the other hand, cool idea for a plot with some likeable secondary characters and a fair few laughs - the romance between the two coworker special service agents alone is more convincing than the main plot.
