This is an amazing game, resident evil at its best. A true survival horror experience. The monsters are very scary. The location is a great setting for all the terror, the mansion with all the puzzles and monsters around the corners. It is a game that knows what kind of game it is and delivers the goods. There is a really chilling feel to the game, the atmosphere really is creepy. The music really sets the mood with you trapped in a mansion on a stormy night with monsters trying to rip you to pieces. It is a game where you feel like help is not coming to rescue you. You have to face your fears and get out of this situation on your own. The map of the game is well set up. The locations feel like they connect and fit really well. The creatures you fight against in the world of this game are terrifying, the zombies, the giant snake, Lisa Trevor who has a story that makes you feel sorry for her because of what happened to her, plant 42, the giant spider, the hunters, the tyrant. This is a game that is something all horror fans should experience. A very well made HD remaster.
