I wanted more reality and less Mission Impossible

Warning: Spoilers
I was very excited to watch this movie. Having lived the recent earthquake last year, and having been trapped in a building during it, I needed closure and I thought this movie was going to be it, I even had to mentally prepare in order to not break down. And I didn't.

If the earthquakes in 2017 weren't so recent I would have maybe liked it, but I now know this was far from being remotely close to reality. The earthquake scene was ok, I felt it was a little too dragged, the truth is, things just fall down, it doesn't take 5 minutes and you don't have massive holes showing all the way down to the basement. It. just. falls. and cracks. I'll be honest, I was kinda glad this was too hollywoodesque because it didn't affect how a realistic version would have.

But my main problem was the rest: The movie was more about Kuno Becker adventuring through an underground maze and less about the actual earthquake. I saw guns, a man climbing an elevator chute, a corruption plot about a businessman cleaning his name, a planned explosion, a flood where they almost drown (its an earthquake, suddenly nothing was broken and it was flooded?), and magically the room underground is spacious and open and intact.... Where were the victims? the hundreds of people helping? We maybe saw 4 people in it...

I really needed this to be what I expected it to be. Instead I got an action movie with a few hints of a historic event worth telling.
