Review of Phoenix

Phoenix (IV) (2015)
maybe, hommage
25 February 2018
Its sin - too familiar. a mix of "Fahrenheit 451" and "New Brave World". nothing bad, in fact, but looking for a new detail or trait, the expectation is too high. virtues - the good performances, the decent special effects and the memories about the adaptation of Truffaud and the novel of Ray Bradbury. and, sure, the desire of viewer to see it as a hommage, noble, seductive, touching to two distopias of the XX century. so, a beautiful film more for memories than the show itself.
