See Spot Run is a very enjoyable and decent feel good movie. The plot is somewhat believable and it doesn't go too far in insulting the viewer's intelligence. There are also some sentimental moments in the film where David and Angus T Jones bond and do their hair together. The comedy is well performed and strikes home.
The end was also satisfying as it did not show a cheesy and unnecessary romance in the end with the two getting to know each other. Some of the obvious flaws is showing the dog's ability to outperform the mafia hit men in the store while everyone else is distracted. The mafia's inability to whack the dog could have actually worked and be believable. Overall a decent and light hearted film that was enjoyable and should leave viewers satisfied.
