It's difficult to know quite what to make of this film; clearly it is a supernatural revenge fantasy, but the gratuitously brutal gang rape scene and the rhetoric of one of the killers appears to be aimed more at degrading a certain type of man than the victim. Whatever, on the eve of their wedding, the groom-to-be and the tragic heroine are given the run of an isolated house by a man who clearly has ulterior motives. The otherwise lucky guy is clearly a wealthy man, and it appears that he has been set up, the idea being to kidnap the bride and hold her to ransom. Unfortunately, the abduction goes terribly wrong, and he ends up being killed accidentally by one of the hired help, who appear to have only a double digit IQ between them. This is where it gets really nasty.

Make of it what you will, but all criticism aside, it is a fairly original offering, though hopefully there will not be a sequel.
