Hit or Miss
20 May 2016
Although the "Commissioner" (Jay Richardson) and "Miss Devonshire" (Jayne Hamil) are now married the Commissioner's son "Irwin" (Chad Gabbert) still lives in the basement and pretty much does as he pleases-within limits of course. However, when he is caught playing a computer program which simulates a virtual hooker, the Commissioner becomes quite angry and disconnects the power. This action produces an unforeseen situation which results in the virtual hooker materializing in the real world and creating an incredible prostitution network beyond anything the Vice Academy has ever seen. Yet as terrible as this might be there is another problem which could be even more serious as the Commissioner has yet to consummate his marriage with Miss Devonshire even though the wedding occurred 3 months earlier. Now rather than reveal any more I will just say that this movie wasn't nearly as humorous as some of the preceding films in the series as most of the jokes ended up being either hit or miss. Likewise, the overall plot seemed to lose focus here and there as well. Even so this wasn't necessarily a bad addition to the series and for that reason I have rated it accordingly. Slightly below average.
