Rather Lame
5 February 2016
After a sudden attack on the MI5, Johnny English (Rowan Atkinson), Britain's most confident yet unintelligent spy, becomes Britain's only spy.

Others have commented that your enjoyment of this film will depend on whether or not you are a fan of Rowan Atkinson. As a spy parody, it is not that good, and comes nowhere near the level of "Spy hard" or "Austin Powers". But for an Atkinson film, it happens to be alright, at least as good if not better than his Mr. Bean character.

The redeeming quality is the supporting cast. John Malkovich is always great, even when a role is beneath him. And Natalie Imbruglia? What a clever casting choice. I only know her as the singer of "Torn", but apparently she has a few more tricks up her sleeve.
