Lizzie McGuire (2001–2004)
4/10
It's OK, but does not age well.

The show managed to scrounge up 64 episodes is quite a feat, and the acting is nothing to get sick about from a few of the main actors, but the show has a problem where they must play non-stop SOUND-EFFECT SOUNDS. The show takes a bad movie approach by basically not having any quiet moments while the jokes are awkward and not pleasant. Hilary is a good actor, but her character is not a popular one. The friends that Hilary's character has are OK. The actor who plays "Gordo" is decent, but the other one is not pleasant, the fact that she was not in the spin off movie that premiered after the show speaks for itself, on how unimportant and how little the writers tried. The parents were every clichéd 90s parent of being either humiliating our main character or being complete cardboard copies. Her brother was forgettable as he tries to be memorable, how ironic.
