Hi Folks, I have watched Big Fat Stone lately on Rogers on Demands after reading some of the reviews here and to tell you the truth I was a bit skeptical; it is, after all, a low-budget film, and they usually too self-obsessed to be taken seriously. However, I was in for a wonderful surprise. This movie is not bad at all. It is well-written and beautifully shot. When one considers this is an independents low budget film, I am all the more impressed. The acting is well-done, I was particularly impressed with Frank D'Angelo. He plays very natural. I liked the script, this movie is entertaining ...and entertain is what it does throughout the movie...there is not a point where u feel bored
So overall I highly recommend about that movie. I rate it as 9, even though it is not perfect since I am very impressed by the fact that this is a low budget film.
