Luckily I watched this before looking up the rating on IMDb and being jaded or even avoiding it. This film scores in the low 3's, almost in the 2's? Seriously? That is the realm of Paris Hilton films! My only conclusion is that people are watching this not knowing it's a straight to video flick and expecting something that I have no idea what. Compare this to the same type stuff shown on the Sci Fi channel, it blows it away! I'm giving it a 6 because I was entertained. I liked the cast, especially Busey, he's the reason why I looked up the film but I did notice there were several other action B movie stars here. I even watched a probably heavily edited version that showed on Arab TV and I was still entertained. Cool low budget action flick with a very agreeable cast. I liked it, not sure where all the hate is coming from and what it is being compared to to rate it a 3. Just haters? I'm giving it a 6 of 10 for a lightweight action/ sci fi/ fantasy flick. Entertained me and is date friendly as well.
