This had potential but failed

Warning: Spoilers
Nick Cannon had the opportunity to create a cult classic film but completely dropped the ball. As a fan of urban comedies, I admire the effort but the film is completely lacking in so many areas and the laughs are not consistent. The funniest actors throughout the film are Kevin Hart and Kat Williams, sadly they are only in like 4 scenes combined. Mike Epps had funny situations but he wasn't as funny as the other two. The rest of the cast seemed to be reading their lines straight from the script instead of acting. There is a ton of eye candy throughout the film but it just looks like Nick hired the "Wild'n Out" girls, instead of trying to cast real actresses. Other than that the film was obviously ripped off from other lovable urban cult classics such as "Friday", and "Don't be a Menace". The worst part of all is that the dialog cut out on one of the most climactic scenes which is the talent show. Now I'm hoping that this was just a glitch seeing as I ordered the film on VOD but the primary dialog completely cuts out and all I heard for 10 minutes were the background vocals (which leads me to believe that they just screwed up the final edit). The music videos through out the film started to become annoying as well. It seemed like they were randomly filling in for lack of story. It is great that Nick was able to pull together all of his comedic friends that we most likely wouldn't other wise see together in one film, but this could of been so much better.
