When Adam Sandlers production company makes movies that feature his friends and associates, you know that you are in relatively safe hands.

These movies are the Cheese On Toast of movies, it's really good while its lasts, but too much of it, is a bad thing, but hey, these movies are here to give you escapism, not to teach you any life lessons.

Sandlers movies are the little demon on your shoulder, letting you find immature things pretty funny, and then using certain parts of the film in real life, like flipping the bird when you take your hand out of the cereal box. Many will scoff, but you know you do it really.

Well the film is just what you'd expect, lots of D-list cameos, many self deprecating, and amongst all the virile humour, there is a little warm goo right in the centre, just like all of Sandlers other films.

Spade is as good as he always is, and the rest of the supporting cast do what they aim to do, make Spade look funny.

It's not laugh out loud by any measure, but it's still dumb fun.
