Da Vinci's Demons (2013–2015)
Unremarkable
13 April 2013
The first episode points to a run-of-the-mill series at best. I would give it a 5 for this unexceptional achievement. However, it deserves a 4 because of the lost opportunity given the subject.

The presentation is childish and the dialog delusional. Beyond this, it tries to be risqué and politically correct at once, as it has become fashionable nowadays. Still, homosexuality is used to denote depravity.

The portrait of Da Vinci is clownish. This is the result of a failed attempt to portray the extravagance we are meant to believe is the mark of genius.

If you value your time, move on.
