(Before I forget, it was nice to see Adam Rodriquez ("Eric Delko") back to work and see former ME "Dr. Alex Woods (Khandi Alexander).
Anyway, the story quickly becomes one of huge significance, a word that strikes fear into many people: e.coli. If a food is contaminated with that bacteria and you've eaten it, you've got major food poisoning and major medical problems, many times death. The CSI team goes to great lengths to find the source of this deadly bacterium, from people, to restaurants, to trucks, to farms....wherever, someone or something is contaminating some food, whether by accident or on purpose.
The persistence of the CSI team is shown here as they go from one spot to another to unravel the case, especially since the boyfriend now has apparently been poisoned, too! As a sidebar, at the end of the show is a shocking revelation by "Eric Delko."
