First of all, this is one of those movie that starts greatly, and when downhill right after that. The Russian plane crash premise was good, but the serial murder part is just really mediocre. After the first few scene, I knew that old doctor is wrong somewhere, and must be responsible for some crime or something. And, the ending is really bad, the doctor committed suicide and 6 months later Robert Pryce (the UN guy) is playing bowling with those "radioactive jellybean" cans and I was like what the hell??? Come on, it deserve something better than that. Also worth mentioning is the CGI, it's really sucks for 2009 standard.
If it was up to me to write the script, I would have make the old doctor the only survivor of the Russian plane crash (The 2nd Pilot) and come back to get the precious diamond he try to stole 50 years ago.
