Most movie-to-game adaptations suck , and I mean big time. They seem rushed , carelessly put together and I have often got the feeling that people only purchased it because they really enjoyed the movie and wanted to stay in spirit of the movie. Unfortunately that never really ends up being the case as the one feels that the game is just some sort of clever ploy put together to just milk more money out of people. I managed to get my hands on a copy (and it was cheap) of Iron man , I was glad to say that the game was certainly entertaining and you probably will not grow tired of doing a few things which are classy like just flying through the air and smashing things up. Robert Downey Jr lends his voice with other cast members and the missions are steady and keep you occupied as things roll along. However Ironman suffers from the same faults as most games from this genre do. It never truly seems to keep in check with the spirit of the movie and it just seems in some way it was a ploy to make more money out of us. The controls can be very frustrating at probably the most crucial time of the games and trust me they do take a little getting used and time to understand. Also the missions seem a little bit repetitive and the last boss was too easy to face . Ironman is probably just brainless fun , I mean it is not a total dud after all it does have some good features which make it worth a look but in the end it just falls flat on its face because it expected problems.
