What I Like About You (2002–2006)
5/10
As a series in itself, moderately amusing. As a "episode by episode" show, great.

Warning: Spoilers
Not much I can say about this show except that it's a great one.

I actually never heard of this sitcom until I took a trip to the states and saw this on TV along with some show starring Reba Macintyre (wow). After hating Reba, I proceeded to watch WILAY and was amazingly surprised; Jennie Garth pulls off an amazing comedic starring role as Val, the surprisingly witty older sister of Amanda Bynes' Holly. The supporting cast is only at a par level with the exception of Wesley Jonathan's "token black" character Gary who's performance outdoes his City Guys run.

After mentioning these three characters comes my biggest peeve of the show: Everyone Else.

Any characters you see in the opening credits of any season aside from the said three characters are there for basically that season. Any love interests in the show are put into the credits only to be written off the show when it's been decided that the relationship ends. Any time you have committed to any of these characters ends up being wasted.
