Warning: Spoilers
Low budget but very good. Silverman carries the whole thing. Mostly consists of her stand-up with some music video spoofs. DVD is worth it because it has 1) an above average commentary by Silverman and director Lynch; 2) a funny "making of" documentary 3) a funny music video not included in the film and 4) her now infamous "Joe Franklin raped me" bit from the film "The Aristocrats." As she says, if you have to explain the joke it's not funny. And if humor is subjective, there's probably no point explaining it to anyone who doesn't get it.

Her charm, energy and charisma are amazing. She says more with a shift of her eyes than most other actresses can say with their whole beings. (Her secret is that she is an extremely good actress.) She can (and in this movie does) tell you she has a million-dollar smile and then instantly flash a smile that's actually worth about a million dollars.

The spoilers: Sarah is still alive at the end of the movie but her Nanna isn't.
