I was quite delighted to be invited for the advanced screening of King Kong.Being an ardent fan of both the other versions in 1933 and 1976, I think Peter Jackson has made a mockery of this movie.He seems to have brought half the cast of Jurassic Park into the movie combining them with some weird looking tribal people and insects which i would prefer keeping away from.
Barring the Special Effects(which in my opinion is the only signature mark Jackson has left on the film) the script and acting performances of the cast was disgraceful.
I can only ask one question: HOW CAN A Oscar NOMINATED DIRECTOR AND Oscar WINNING GO SO WRONG WITH A MOVIE OF THIS STATURE....
